Architectural Review Board.
The community of Hawks Ridge calls for an active Architectural Review Board to assist in maintaining the set of standards for home construction outlined in the Covenants and Restrictions. The ARB has enlisted well known local architects to review plans and specifications submitted by property owners or builders for home construction. Prior to beginning any construction, both the builder and the plans and specifications must be approved by the ARB. The process is very interactive between the property owner, architect and the builder, which makes for a pleasant experience and another beautiful home constructed in Hawks Ridge.
